BKHOOLTECH Service Policy

1. Hosting & Website Builder

• Delivery Timeline: 3 weeks from date of full payment.
• Plans are prepaid yearly (₦42,000 – ₦90,000 per year).
• Includes domain, hosting, and SSL.
• Basic updates are free within 30 days of handoff.
• Full redesigns after 30 days incur a fee.

2. App/Software Development

• Project scope and pricing are defined after briefing.
• Delivery timeline depends on features and complexity.
• Maintenance may be billed separately after delivery.

3. Cloud Services

• Hosting or storage packages are scalable.
• SLA depends on client’s plan.
• Usage violations may lead to account limitation.

4. Branding & Tech Consultation

• Branding projects include brand kits, logo designs, brand voice + tone guides.
• Consultation sessions can be virtual or in-person.
• All sessions are billed separately unless part of a bundle.

5. Edit & Support Rules

• All service edits (site, software, or branding) are free within 30 days of delivery.
• After 30 days, email your edit request to requestedit@bkhooltech.com and we’ll quote you.
• Support response time is within 24 working hours (Mon–Sat).
