Terms & Conditions for Using BKHOOLTECH Services

1. Overview

By using BKHOOLTECH’s services, you agree to these terms. Violation of these terms can result in service suspension or termination.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have proper authorization from your business.

  • Website Hosting & Builder services.
  • App & Software Development services.
  • Cloud Services.
  • Social Media Management services.
  • Branding & Tech Consultation services.

4. Payments

  • All plans are billed annually and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Your website will be delivered within 3 weeks of full payment.
  • After project handoff, free edits are allowed for 30 days.
    After 30 days, edit requests must be sent to requestedit@bkhooltech.com and will incur a fee.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate project info, branding assets, and necessary access.
  • You must not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, adult, or unethical content.
